Saturday's Fitness Camp

I hope everyone had a Happy Valentine's Day and didn't eat too much chocolate!

Thank you to everyone that came to Fitness Camp Saturday. I thought everyone did a great job and worked really hard. We had lots of fun and got a good workout. I look forward to seeing you again at future camps.
